Co-Founder (Investment) – Full-time, Doha

About the role

The Co‑Founder (Investment) will join OneOfficeAutomation Pvt Limited in Doha on a full‑time, on‑site basis. This position combines capital contribution with active involvement in shaping the company’s business strategy, market positioning and operational priorities. The role is ideal for an entrepreneur who wants to drive growth in the automation and intelligent‑process‑automation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate market trends, financial performance and investment projections.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to expand the client base.
• Provide guidance on product and service roadmap decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define organisational culture, governance and long‑term expansion plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
• Proven sales and marketing abilities, with a track record of pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership or co‑founding a startup.
• Background in technology, automation, consulting or related fields is preferred.
• Comfort making investment decisions and managing risk in early‑stage ventures.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or a related discipline.
