About the role

The Housing & Welfare Manager oversees all aspects of employee accommodation and welfare at Rixos Qetaifan Island North. The role ensures that dormitory facilities are safe, clean, and well‑maintained while fostering a supportive living environment that drives employee satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee dormitory enrollment requests, assign rooms, and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, including linen and key issuance.
• Maintain and enforce dormitory rules, visitor policies, and record room key distribution.
• Conduct daily inspections of common areas and staff rooms, coordinate pest control, fire safety checks, and regular maintenance with contractors.
• Maintain weekly rooming lists, duty rosters, and comprehensive records of maintenance requests and other dormitory issues.
• Manage inventory of dormitory supplies, assets, and linens; coordinate with laundry services and assist HR with linen procurement planning.
• Gather employee feedback through an open‑door policy, escalate concerns, and collaborate with HR and the Loss Prevention Director on safety drills and welfare initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing employee housing operations and welfare programs.
• Strong organizational skills for managing enrollment data, rooming lists, and duty rosters.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, HR, and internal departments to ensure compliance with safety and welfare standards.
• Attention to detail in record‑keeping, inventory control, and policy enforcement.
