About the role

Join one of the world’s most advanced airports as the Manager IT Airport Operations Support. You will own and lead critical airport IT systems that keep passenger journeys, baggage handling, and airfield activities running smoothly 24/7, directly influencing safety, efficiency, and passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 support for core airport systems such as AODB, BHS and other operations platforms.
• Take full ownership of incidents, ensuring stability, availability and rapid recovery of live airport services.
• Personally lead major incidents from detection to resolution, driving root‑cause analysis and preventing recurrence.
• Manage a team of engineers and support staff, fostering a high‑performance culture in a continuous‑operation environment.
• Drive live system support and upgrades (e.g., AMS upgrade) and ensure smooth handover from project to business‑as‑usual.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in airport IT systems, with hands‑on work on AODB and BHS.
• Proven leadership of teams operating in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong incident and problem management experience, preferably within internal IT teams.
• Experience in large‑scale airport operations and exposure to cyber‑related IT processes.
• Ability to thrive under high pressure and manage multiple priorities.
