About the role

The Marine & Logistics Advisor will lead operational excellence initiatives across our fleet, ensuring resources are used efficiently and cost‑saving measures are implemented. This senior position requires a proactive individual who stays abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and advise on operational excellence, fleet optimization, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Act as a mediator between departments or stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor industry developments and integrate relevant innovations into operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational planning, preferably in marine or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to work in multinational teams and across multiple sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving, crisis management, and critical‑thinking abilities.
