Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our subsidiary, Le Mirage Property Management. The successful candidate will work closely with Marriott hotel teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives that drive brand consistency and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing activities between hotel teams and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Oversee social media content calendars and campaign execution.
• Liaise with designers, photographers, content creators, and media buyers.
• Communicate directly with Marriott departments such as Sales, F&B, Operations, and Management.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign summaries.
• Organize hotel promotions, seasonal campaigns, special events, photoshoots, influencer visits, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with Marriott brand standards.
• Maintain organized project documentation and marketing assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination.
• Previous experience with Marriott Hotels or Marriott property marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
