Marketing Specialist – Search & Display (Bangkok)

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist at Agoda, you will design, launch and optimise search and display advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with account managers and data scientists to turn experimental insights into scalable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, analyse and optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and related networks.
• Analyse large data sets generated by experiments, develop optimisation models and build dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out successful test results into production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 0–2+ years experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and a passion for data‑driven decision making.
