Medical Sales Promoter

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal‑oriented Medical Sales Promoter to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. You will promote and sell innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals and clinics across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the medical field.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging market insights.
• Provide expert advice on product features, benefits and usage, emphasizing medical aspects.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and inventory using CRM software.
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical product sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of medical products, the Qatar healthcare system and relevant regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
