About the role
We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and elevate pharmacy services across our operations in Doha. This senior‑level role demands excellence in regulatory compliance, operational leadership, team development, and customer‑centered service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred); advanced degrees in Pharmacy Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration are considered a strong advantage.
- A valid pharmacist license in Qatar is required, and experience with controlled substances licensing is highly desirable.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in pharmacy operations management, with seven to ten years in senior roles being ideal.
