Medical Sales Representative

About the role

BioMed Trading is seeking a full‑time Medical Sales Representative to join its team in Doha, Qatar. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of healthcare and personal‑care products to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare providers to present and demonstrate the product portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business accounts across wholesale, pharmacy and retail channels.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors and clients to maximise sales.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads and negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative (healthcare or consumer goods experience is a plus).
• Foundational knowledge in medicine or a pharmacy background to discuss clinical needs, product applications, dosage and safety.
• Strong territory management, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Valid Qatar driving licence preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently in the field.
