MEP Engineer – Maintenance Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and ELV systems across our facilities. The role involves planning, supervising and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of building services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for all MEP systems.
• Supervise technicians, contractors and external service providers.
• Monitor HVAC performance, central cooling plants and overall energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot faults and diagnose system issues.
• Manage CAFM/CMMS work orders, reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate spare‑parts inventory, procurement and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, technical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Building Services.
• 5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and ELV systems.
• Proven experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
