MEP Site Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day operations on a major construction project in the UAE. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with specifications, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on‑site MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, consultant instructions, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate material submittals, drawings, and documentation, maintaining updated registers for audits and project tracking.
• Enforce HSE and QA/QC requirements through method statements, risk assessments, inspections, and continuous site monitoring.
• Monitor long‑lead items, verify material deliveries, and escalate issues affecting project timelines.
• Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and maintain accurate records of site changes and as‑built updates.
• Track labour productivity, site delays, and constraints; submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
• Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of close‑out documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within construction or electromechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing site teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
