Mid-Level IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology‑focused initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with PMO frameworks, guidelines and policies.
• Allocate and manage resources, including team members, budget and materials, to meet milestones.
• Lead project execution, coordinating team activities and managing tasks to adhere to the plan.
• Monitor progress, identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular status reports on progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in information technology.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Hands‑on experience managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience interacting with C‑level executives.
