Mid Value Segment Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior marketing professional to lead the Mid Value Segment. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing roadmap, drive go‑to‑market execution and ensure the segment meets its revenue, margin and customer experience targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the marketing roadmap, coordinating cross‑functional teams for flawless go‑to‑market execution.
• Identify and act on emerging marketing opportunities or risks, taking immediate corrective measures.
• Monitor churn trends and design retention offers, engagement initiatives and proactive save actions.
• Develop and manage ATL & BTL campaigns, new portfolios, tariffs and customer‑experience differentiators.
• Track segment performance, produce analytical reports and dashboards, and maintain the core metrics scorecard.
• Own NPS and satisfaction results, creating short‑ and long‑term plans to improve scores.
• Manage the home product portfolio lifecycle for Fibre, 5G and 4G, from proposition design through approval, GTM rollout and performance optimisation.
• Provide timely management reporting and undertake additional projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior‑level marketing experience, preferably in telecom or related industries.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and deliver large‑scale commercial campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with senior management.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑management expertise.
• Excellent analytical abilities with experience handling large data sets.
