Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer with a strong background in coordinating and managing external vendors for mobile application design, development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology partners, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with technical and security standards across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate external vendors for mobile app design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors, overseeing deliverables, timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and costs.
• Ensure vendor work adheres to project scope, technical standards, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Review vendor deliverables, conduct quality assurance checks, and manage acceptance testing.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications to ensure performance, stability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into mobile solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, whether vendor‑developed or in‑house.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and third‑party services.
• Manage testing cycles, version control, release management, and post‑deployment support.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and project status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in the mobile application domain.
• Proven experience coordinating external mobile app vendors, including requirements gathering, timelines, deliverables, SLAs, and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the mobile application development life cycle for iOS and Android.
• Hands‑on experience reviewing vendor deliverables, conducting quality checks, and managing UAT and deployment approvals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
