Multimedia Designer

About the role

The Multimedia Designer will create and develop high-quality visual assets, files and media content for commercials, promotional videos, corporate training, marketing campaigns and event recaps. Working closely with the creative lead and production teams, the role ensures all outputs align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive brand story.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret company vision and design aesthetics to maintain consistent creative direction across events.
• Support the creative lead in developing innovative concepts and proposals.
• Create graphic designs, visualizations, renderings and illustrations for event environments and client presentations.
• Produce social-media graphics, marketing visuals and videos to support campaigns.
• Provide the production team with drawings, materials and specifications required for fabrication.
• Offer design support during event production and onsite execution.
• Oversee graphic and printing requirements to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of production and quality control.
• Participate in client meetings and discovery calls to capture requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and update proposals, creative concepts, presentation materials and copy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver pitch materials on schedule.
• Maintain and update graphic assets for the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in event/experiential agencies, design firms or creative teams.
• Strong creative sense with a proven ability to develop fresh concepts for live experiences, stages and broadcast sets.
• Demonstrated experience designing large-scale televised stages and sets.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred/required).
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills with a modern design portfolio.
• Strong project and time-management abilities with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
