Network Lead

About the role

The Network Lead provides senior‑level technical expertise across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, databases, systems administration and overall infrastructure. You will design, implement and optimise critical technology platforms while guiding junior team members and collaborating with vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate and optimise assigned technology platforms.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Lead complex technical activities and assignments.
• Develop technical designs, procedures and documentation.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity and security.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements.
• Support technology implementation, migration, integration and upgrades.
• Investigate incidents and recurring technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners as required.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Oracle, VMware, Cisco).
