OD & Workforce Specialist

About the role

The OD & Workforce Specialist will lead organizational development initiatives and manage manpower planning for Qatar Fabrication Company. Reporting to the Head of Rewards & OD, the role ensures that structures, job descriptions and competency frameworks align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor organizational development projects across all divisions.
• Review and update job descriptions using interviews, questionnaires and job analysis.
• Develop and maintain behavioral and technical competency matrices and link them to performance management.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate competencies into training programs.
• Analyse workforce needs, advise management on manpower requirements and produce annual manpower budgets.
• Coordinate with finance to align manpower plans with budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, SHEQ standards and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizational development, job design and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and senior leadership.
