Odoo Enterprise Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead large‑scale ERP projects across multiple business functions. The consultant will act as the technical‑functional authority, ensuring robust architecture, BRD validation, governance, code quality, and AI‑ready system design.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate ERP implementation scope, distinguishing native Odoo features from custom development.
• Participate in BRD workshops, gather functional requirements, and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and oversee business workflows, integration strategies, security settings, and backup plans.
• Manage implementation contracts, milestones, defect processes, and UAT governance.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure scalability, and oversee data migration, opening‑balance validation, and cut‑over planning.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on Odoo Enterprise implementation and ERP consulting experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale Odoo projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to evaluate custom development scope versus native Odoo capabilities.
• Immediate availability preferred.
