Operations & Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Logistics Assistant to support our daily logistics activities, including shipment tracking, order follow‑ups and fulfillment coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound movements.

Key responsibilities

• Track inbound and outbound shipments and update relevant trackers.
• Maintain order, delivery and return records in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external delivery partners.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, delays and missing information.
• Flag shipment or delivery issues promptly.
• Support daily operational follow‑ups and team communication.
• Keep logistics files and reports organized and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fast, responsive and able to handle daily follow‑ups without delay.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be residing in Qatar and available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
