About the role

The Operations Manager will lead two critical functions – the Central Processing Unit and Central Account Maintenance – ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Manage the Central Processing Unit and Central Account Maintenance teams.
Oversee a headcount of 10‑15 staff on a daily basis.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
Develop and implement a skills matrix and associated training plans.
Facilitate, manage, and implement operational changes and improvements.
Embed robust control mechanisms and collate management information (MI) effectively.

Required profile

Proven experience in managing operational teams.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
Strong focus on process improvement and control.
