Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, integration and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for enterprise HR environments. The role blends functional HR expertise with strong technical capabilities to deliver scalable solutions and support business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Design, develop and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards.
• Manage data migration, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, technical and integration issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams to optimise business processes.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and implementation standards.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation and user training materials.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Proven track record in data migration, reporting and system integration.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
