Outbound Travel Consultant – Non‑Air

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Travel Consultant (Non‑Air) to join our team in Doha. You will be responsible for creating and managing travel solutions for leisure, corporate and special‑interest groups, ensuring seamless experiences from initial inquiry to final booking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking outbound travel arrangements.
• Prepare holiday itineraries, quotations, and travel packages based on client requirements.
• Plan and coordinate individual and group travel for leisure, corporate, and special interest groups.
• Provide end‑to‑end visa assistance, including document verification, application preparation, and submission guidance.
• Process tourist visa applications while ensuring compliance with destination‑specific requirements.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, passport validity, and documentation.
• Book hotels, transfers, sightseeing tours, travel insurance, cruises, and other travel‑related services.
• Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide destination recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information in the reservation system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with visa regulations, travel trends, and destination updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of outbound travel experience with a travel agency in Doha, Qatar.
• Proven hands‑on experience processing and managing tourist visa applications for multiple destinations.
• Experience preparing holiday packages and managing group travel arrangements.
• Experience coordinating with international DMCs, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and visa documentation requirements.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
