About the role

Doha English Speaking School is seeking a qualified Music Teacher for its Lower School, starting August 2026. This part‑time position involves 15 teaching hours per week and requires a UK‑recognised teaching qualification. Candidates must already be resident in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver music lessons to Lower School students.
• Participate in the interview process, including observed teaching sessions.

Required profile

• Hold a UK‑recognised teaching qualification and a degree.
• Degree and transcripts must be notarised, stamped by the Qatari Embassy, and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Doha.
• Be willing to undergo enhanced safeguarding checks, provide an International Child Protection Certificate (or local equivalent), police clearance for the last ten years, birth certificate, and any name‑change documentation.
