About the role
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our hospitality team in Doha. The role involves creating high‑quality baked goods while leading a dedicated pastry crew.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, pies and breads.
- Lead and supervise the pastry team, assigning tasks, hiring and motivating staff in a high‑pressure kitchen.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current food trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.
Required profile
- Presentable appearance and good personal grooming.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent English communication skills.
