Personnel Administration Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

The Personnel Administration Coordinator will manage core HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, and record‑keeping processes. This contract position supports employees and the HR team by maintaining accurate data, overseeing archiving, and enhancing Oracle Fusion workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data records and support the exit clearance process, including delivery of payment‑related documents to Finance.
• Evaluate, preserve, and retrieve personnel records; manage HR archives and coordinate with external archiving providers.
• Guide staff on HR policies, procedures, and Oracle Fusion Personnel Module; assist with system enhancements, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead department coordinators on Oracle Fusion tasks, generate management reports, and fulfill internal audit documentation requests.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Secretarial, Office Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion (Personnel Module) – configuration and support.
• HR database systems for record management.
• Proficiency with office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Competence in web‑based applications.
