Pharmacist – Immediate Start

About the role

The Espoir Psychiatric Center in Doha is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join the team immediately. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on safe dispensing and comprehensive medication management for patients with mental health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
• Perform medication management, monitoring therapy effectiveness and safety.
• Provide medication counseling and up‑to‑date information to patients and healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinicians to optimise patient care.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid pharmacist licence in Qatar.
• Experience in a clinical or psychiatric pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric drugs, including indications, contraindications, interactions and side effects.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
