PHP/Python Developer & DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are a training and consultancy company seeking an ambitious, self‑motivated individual with strong IT technical and communication skills to introduce new solutions to our existing systems and work on internal projects such as nobleprog.com and dadesktop.com.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and optimise the end‑to‑end development and deployment process.
• Design and implement new features, guide website architecture, ensure high performance and availability.
• Set up and maintain deployment and code‑review pipelines, including static code analysis (SonarCube, Deepseek coder).
• Perform security hardening and optimise code for maintainability and resource utilisation.
• Identify and remove redundant or unmaintainable code.
• Deliver short corporate IT training courses and support consultancy engagements as required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Linux command‑line environment.
• Experience in both front‑end and back‑end/module development.
• Ability to understand and follow the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Interest in progressing to a managerial or team‑lead role.
