Picker Operations Specialist

About the role

Keeta is building its grocery fulfillment network across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and the Middle East. As a Picker Operations Specialist you will design, launch and lead in‑store picking operations, creating scalable processes and high‑performing frontline teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage picker teams, handling recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
• Lead store Team Leaders and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Design, implement and continuously improve training programs, SOPs and quality standards for picking accuracy, product quality and out‑of‑stock handling.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure operational consistency across stores.
• Optimize workforce planning using demand forecasts and trading patterns.
• Monitor KPIs such as picking accuracy, fulfillment speed, labor productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Customer Service, Product and Retail partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, grocery, e‑commerce, food delivery or marketplace operations.
• Proven experience leading frontline operational or fulfillment teams.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, shift scheduling, training and performance management.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using operational KPIs for improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for operational planning or productivity (optional).
