Podcast Guest Coordinator

About the role

The Cyber Pulse Podcast is seeking a full‑time Podcast Guest Coordinator based in Qatar. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and managing guests for our cybersecurity‑focused episodes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both guests and the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable guests for cybersecurity and technology‑related podcast episodes.
• Recommend guests based on each episode’s topic and reach out via LinkedIn, email, phone or professional networks.
• Introduce the Cyber Pulse Podcast, explain the episode concept and secure guest participation.
• Coordinate recording dates and times, and follow up to confirm attendance.
• Collect guest biographies, photographs, job titles and other required information.
• Share proposed topics and discussion questions with confirmed guests.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date record of potential, contacted and confirmed guests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within Qatar’s cybersecurity community.
• Support the development of future guest‑focused episode ideas.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s cybersecurity community and existing connections with professionals or organisations.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confidence when approaching senior professionals.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Interest in cybersecurity, technology and podcasting.
• No prior experience in podcasting or media required.
