Pool & Beach Manager

About the role

The Pool & Beach Manager will lead the operation of the resort’s indoor and outdoor pools and private beach, delivering the legendary Ritz‑Carlton service to guests. This role is based at the 5‑star Ritz‑Carlton Doha, a luxury property renowned for its refined hospitality and world‑class amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pool and beach areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Supervise and coach pool and beach staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Spa and other departments to integrate services and maintain seamless operations.
• Manage inventory, supplies and budgeting for pool and beach facilities.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to uphold the brand’s service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in pool, beach or leisure management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest service in a luxury environment.
