Portal Administrator

About the role

The Portal Administrator will manage and optimise the company’s digital property portals, ensuring listings are accurate, up‑to‑date and visible across all platforms. This role works closely with agents, photographers, videographers, CRM developers and management to enhance portal performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain the functionality and performance of all digital property portals.
• Track system health, uptime and performance indicators to guarantee a consistent user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical portal issues promptly, escalating to CRM developers when needed.
• Apply regular updates and patches to keep portal systems secure and operational.
• Create and update property listings for Qatar, Dubai and international projects, ensuring accurate availability, pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑shoot schedules with photographers and videographers.
• Conduct regular audits of portal content for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform market analysis of portal performance on platforms such as Property Finder and Qatar Living.
• Generate reports on portal usage, performance, and security events.
• Maintain documentation for portal setups, user roles and system changes, and train staff on best practices.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with agents, developers and creative teams.
• Technical awareness of portal operations and a clear understanding of real‑estate market dynamics.
