Portfolio Manager – Strategic Programs

About the role

The Portfolio Manager – Strategic Programs will lead large‑scale, high‑impact digital transformation initiatives for Qatari ministries and government authorities. Reporting to the SBU Chief, the role ensures strategic programs are executed on time, meet quality standards, and align with Qatar’s national IT vision.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic programs that reinforce malomatia’s position as the preferred IT services partner to the State of Qatar.
• Oversee delivery of complex projects for government entities, ensuring excellence in quality assurance and execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior government stakeholders, responding to feedback and driving corrective actions.
• Identify new service opportunities with state agencies and develop rapid‑engagement delivery plans.
• Lead market and technology research to propose innovative solutions supporting Qatar’s digital agenda.
• Coordinate with internal committees and marketing to strengthen malomatia’s brand as a trusted digital partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA with a specialization in Project Management is preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation programs and building high‑performing teams.
• Qatari nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
