Power BI Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Reporting Analyst to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build applications with Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and optimise DAX queries, data models, and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data analysis, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Ensure performance optimisation and security compliance for BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows, and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good knowledge of DAX, SQL, and data modelling.
• Proven experience in dashboard creation, reporting, and analytics.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and database management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
