Premier Wealth Relationship Manager

About the role

This client‑facing position manages high‑value Premier clients for HSBC in Qatar, focusing on acquiring, developing and retaining relationships while delivering wealth solutions and meeting WPB objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Premier client portfolio, achieving agreed profitability, balance and income targets.
• Acquire new clients and develop existing relationships to support sustainable business growth.
• Conduct regular wealth reviews to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Use client data and CRM systems to improve client engagement and portfolio performance.
• Work collaboratively with branch, WPB, support and direct teams to deliver business objectives and a consistent client journey.
• Operate in line with HSBC policies, regulatory requirements and the Target Operating Model, supporting a strong risk and control environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; at least three years of full‑time graduation degree required for a Qatar visa.
• Minimum two years’ experience in financial services, retail sales or a comparable field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with high‑net‑worth or Premier clients.
• Strong communication, influencing, networking and sales skills with a clear client focus.
• Ability to meet regulatory, licensing and country‑specific qualification requirements and work constructively with Compliance, Credit and Risk.
