Presales Consultant

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Consultant for Apple will play a critical role in driving sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and deep understanding of Apple products and solutions. Working closely with the sales team, the consultant engages potential customers, provides tailored solutions, and positions Apple as a leader in innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level technical knowledge of Apple products, services, and solutions to assist the sales team in customer engagements.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate the value of Apple solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and design customized Apple‑based solutions.
• Prepare responses to RFPs and craft detailed proposals highlighting technical capabilities and business benefits.
• Equip the sales team with technical information, tools, and documentation to convert leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA a plus) with 5+ years experience in pre‑sales or technical sales, preferably in technology/IT.
• Strong understanding of Apple products, services and ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven client engagement track record.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
