Primary Teacher

About the role

Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is seeking an outstanding Primary Teacher to join a supportive, high‑performing team. You will deliver a bilingual, internationally‑focused curriculum to students aged 3‑11 in a modern campus with excellent facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the school’s mission and philosophy, fostering bilingual international citizenship.
• Plan, prepare, assess, record and report learning to meet diverse academic and social needs.
• Adapt flexibly to school priorities, contributing to development plans and policy implementation.
• Utilise student tracking and monitoring systems to drive progress and inform practice.
• Take personal responsibility for continuous professional development.
• Act as an ambassador for the school, communicating its narrative to the wider community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, plus PGCE/QTS qualification.
• Minimum two years of proven teaching experience in a primary setting.
• Strong commitment to the school’s mission, vision and values.
• Willingness to take on leadership roles such as Head of Year or Middle Leadership where appropriate.
