Process Engineer (MMUP/UPDA First Category)

About the role

Technicas Reunidas is seeking a Process Engineer to join its Al Khor, Qatar team. The role focuses on executing process activities for projects and proposals, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule objectives are met while complying with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute process engineering tasks within the Project/Proposal unit, monitoring cost, quality and schedule.
• Supervise and follow up on procedures and project specifications.
• Participate in project and client meetings, presenting technical information as required.
• Identify deviations from project objectives and communicate them to the Process Leader.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and update planning tools such as Plan4E.
• Detect and report non‑conformities (NVATs) and non‑design changes (NdCs).
• Approve and sign documents generated by the unit/area.
• Minimize changes affecting other departments and manage change approvals.

Required profile

• Current Qatar residency with a valid MMUP/UPDA First Category Engineer certification.
• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of project scope, contracts and engineering specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
