Procurement Manager – Hotel & Resort Construction

About the role

UCC Holdings is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a high-profile hotel and resort construction project. The role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and managing suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of quality materials, equipment, and services within project budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project procurement strategies and plans.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFQs, tendering, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure timely procurement of civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing materials.
• Monitor procurement schedules to support project timelines.
• Track budgets, cost savings, and procurement expenditures.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience in civil construction projects, with hotel/resort project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and procurement management systems.
• Experience working on international or remote island projects is an advantage.
