Product Manager of AI Applications, Global Public Sector

About the role

Scale AI is expanding its Global Public Sector team in Doha, focusing on delivering custom AI solutions to governments and government‑backed entities outside the United States. As Product Manager of AI Applications you will own large‑scale AI projects, guide cross‑functional teams, and help generate millions of dollars in revenue by turning client data into transformative AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with clients to define custom AI solutions.
• Identify and scope new AI application use cases across various government entities.
• Direct cross‑functional development of AI applications and custom LLMs with engineering, operations, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Engage continuously with end‑users to gather feedback and prioritize features.
• Stay current with applied AI research and custom LLM training techniques.
• Define model evaluation sets, review performance results, and iterate on solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal public‑sector leadership.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
