Project Manager – Oil & Gas Construction

About the role

Gulf Asia Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead oil & gas construction projects across civil, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation through final handover.
• Control schedule, cost, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Supervise civil, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports, and resolve site issues.
• Support pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of experience in oil & gas construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary construction works.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
