Project Manager – WMS & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply‑chain operations. You will act as the bridge between technology, logistics and business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of results.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success metrics for WMS and supply‑chain initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, procurement, logistics and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Lead design, testing and deployment of new WMS features and modules.
• Translate business and warehouse needs into system requirements and ensure integration with ERP, transportation, e‑commerce and last‑mile delivery systems.
• Drive system optimisation for inventory accuracy, picking efficiency and real‑time visibility.
• Manage vendor relationships and report status, risks and ROI to leadership.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management background, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification a plus.
• Deep knowledge of WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP EWM or Infor.
• Hands‑on experience in supply‑chain operations including inbound, warehousing, outbound and last‑mile delivery.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
