QA/QC Manager – Mission Critical Infrastructure

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead the development, implementation and oversight of quality assurance and control processes for hyperscale data‑center projects. You will ensure that civil, structural, architectural, MEP and ELV works meet project specifications, international standards and client requirements, delivering a defect‑free, highly reliable facility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and align it with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Review IFC, shop drawings and design submissions for compliance with codes, standards and constructability.
• Oversee site inspections across all disciplines, enforce approved method statements and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Approve material submittals, technical data sheets and product certifications; manage incoming material inspections.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs), lead root‑cause investigations and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT and Integrated Systems Testing (IST), validate testing procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement, update quality policies and report KPI performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management for large‑scale construction or data‑center projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry‑specific quality standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of handling NCRs and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design teams, consultants and client representatives.
