QA/QC MEP Engineer (On‑site, Doha)

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC MEP Engineer to join our on‑site team in Doha, Qatar. The role is full‑time and focuses on ensuring that all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) materials meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and approve MEP material submittals and related technical documentation.
• Examine product datasheets, catalogues, drawings and manufacturer documents for compliance.
• Verify that MEP materials conform to project specifications and issue compliance statements, comparison sheets and deviation reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
• Support product selection by providing technical recommendations and guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with MEP materials in trading, contracting or construction environments.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire‑protection systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documents with strong attention to detail.
