QHSE Officer / QHSE Coordinator

About the role

The QHSE Officer / Coordinator will drive the implementation and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across our Facility Management operations in Doha. You will ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, Qatari regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine QHSE inspections, audits and site assessments.
• Monitor FM activities for adherence to approved safety procedures.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments and track corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations, reporting and preventive actions.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, records, inspection reports and dashboards.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate with operations teams, management, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation of Quality, HSE, Environmental and Risk Management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, NFPA standards and relevant Qatari requirements.

Required profile

• Recognized Health & Safety qualification – NEBOSH Diploma (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of QHSE experience after NEBOSH, preferably on GCC‑scale projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in Facility Management.
• Strong background in safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and site monitoring.
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001, NFPA codes and Qatar‑specific regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Multi‑site FM experience is highly preferred.
