About the role
We are looking for a motivated Quality Analyst to join our development team. The role involves ensuring that software releases meet high quality standards through thorough testing and collaboration with developers.
Key responsibilities
- Study and fully understand project requirements and testing documentation.
- Execute quality tests for individual sprint tasks and the complete sprint before release, and submit results to the Project Manager.
- Conduct release testing prior to beta and live deployments.
- Participate in daily development meetings, providing input to facilitate smooth progress.
- Deliver timely feedback and solutions to the Tech Lead to mitigate risks and keep the project on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Inquisitive, determined, diligent with an open mind.
- Logical, tactful problem‑solver and self‑learner.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
