Quality Compliance Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Compliance Expert to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System in Doha, Qatar for a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment. The role ensures that all products, processes and documentation meet the relevant regulatory standards and supports continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
• Monitor, interpret and apply regulations from bodies such as FDA, ISO and OSHA.
• Plan, conduct and manage internal and external audits, prepare audit reports and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory submissions and support third‑party inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality compliance or quality engineering within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive).
• Relevant certifications such as CQE or CQM are preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
