Registered Nurse – ICU

About the role

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) needs a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care to critically ill individuals. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and optimal recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Continuously monitor vital signs, treatment responses, and overall condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life‑support treatments as prescribed.
• Operate and manage advanced equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and patient monitors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including resuscitation.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate and support patients’ families about conditions and recovery expectations.
• Uphold strict infection‑control, safety, and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Current, valid RN license in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU or critical‑care settings.
• Strong knowledge of critical‑care protocols and emergency interventions.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and compassionate, patient‑centered care.
