Registered Nurse – Inpatient Department (IPD)

About the role

Aman Hospital is looking for a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Inpatient Department (IPD). The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to in‑patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection‑control standards.
• Support patients and families with education and emotional care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid Nursing License (Qatar license preferred or eligible for licensing).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
