Registered Nurse – Orthopaedic

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in orthopaedics to join our clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients with trauma, fractures, joint replacements and post‑surgical recovery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialised nursing care to orthopaedic patients following clinical guidelines.
• Assist orthopaedic surgeons during procedures and support post‑operative recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, document care, and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, perform wound care and manage pain.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, mobility and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure a clean, organised, compliant environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
• Valid nursing licence from the home country.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in orthopaedic nursing.
• QCHP licence or eligibility preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Required skills
