Reservations Services Agent

About the role

Join the Reservations Services team at a luxury urban retreat in Doha, providing guests with seamless booking experiences for rooms, spa, and dining. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, professional service while supporting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Answer the hotel’s main telephone line, HelloMO, and email inquiries from guests, travel agencies, and internal departments.
• Prepare and send proposals, pro‑forma invoices, and confirmation letters.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests within defined response times.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and upsell F&B and spa services.
• Process and confirm reservations for rooms, food & beverage, and spa, entering all details accurately into the reservation system.
• Verify room availability, rates, guarantees, and cancellation policies, and document guest preferences.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of reservations experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking ability and professional communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Capability to handle and appropriately escalate guest complaints.

• Proficiency with reservation software.
